5 Skills necessary for your growth.

Just as you need skills to get jobs, be in business, and be amazing at them; you also need skills for your personal growth.

Having these skills are important because they allow you to create strategies for your personal growth towards your goals and they help you implement those strategies created.

1. Learning
Learning includes being able to take in and filter information and practising. On your growth journey, you are going to have to learn, relearn and unlearn. It is never-ending because to be better you have to keep being enlightened.
If you do not like to learn, there will be no growth.

2. Planning
Planning is listing, prioritizing and scheduling your tasks, activities, work, etc. Planning saves you time while executing a task, strategy, or goal. Yes, life is unpredictable but planning helps you to be better prepared.

3. Adaptability
This is the ability to be able to adjust to new norms and situations. Like I mentioned earlier, life is unpredictable. However, your ability to adapt to any situation you find yourself in will help you go through situations that seem impossible. It enables you to thrive.

4. Self-confidence
There are going to be so many situations where you just have to go head-on and believe in yourself, believe in your abilities no matter what. This is why you need to develop self-confidence. With self-confidence in you are more likely to go for ambitious goals and believe you can succeed in them.

5. Self-Management/discipline
Doing what you need to do, even when you do not feel like it, is very important. You need to be able to manage yourself, your work, your focus and at the same time be able to discipline yourself to accomplish what is important even when you feel like straying away because there are going to be days like that.
